How do you ensure the toys aren't broken or damaged during shipping? We respect the excitement of a child unboxing a new toy! To guarantee perfection, every Brixtelle toy is packed securely inside its custom, rigid product box, wrapped in shock-absorbing protective layers, and shipped within a heavy-duty corrugated outer carton to ensure your order arrives completely dent-free, scratch-free, and flawless.

What is your return policy? We want you and your child to play with absolute joy! For strict child hygiene, health, and nursery safety regulations, we accept returns only on completely unused, un-played-with toys in their original, pristine condition and factory-sealed product boxes with all security shrink wraps fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
